My father received Bank notice in the mail in a plastic encased envelope with a for stating that he was to receive $3,682,437.00 cash award disbursement. He was to fill out VNABank 16 Form, sign in ink and send $20.00 cash or check to 'VNA', to PO Box 40314, 3604 A C Utrecht, The Netherlands. My dad is an 87 year old man who was extreamly confused by this Bank notice. I hope that the perpetrators of these scams have someday answer for both the financial and emotional abuse that they have caused innocent victims.
