When i do it, i'm supposed you keep it in consideration and i don't received a command by your compani's... surprise! The tuesday 8 march 2016, i made a reception a pact to my housse and i return it to you.
I writing to you 4 letter's to said, i have cancel my command.
I ask too for you keep out my name to your customer list.
I do 8 letter's for you made a cancellation
You don't do it. And, this week, i recept again for the second time's the pack.

I return your product to you and you don't
Charged it to me to my card. CAUSE I RETURN IT TO YOU!
