She claimed to be a photographer and even had a FB page of her "business" which was fairly empty but I figured she was just starting out. i knew her. We went to HS together. Anyway, I paid her in advance. We met at a park and she took the pictures, so I thought. She promised there would be "teasers" on FB within 48 hours. Then she promised all the pics within 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks later, no teasers, no pics. I messaged her and asked to make sure there wasn't a problem. She assured me there wasn't. Relieved I vowed to be patient. Another 5 weeks go by and nothing. I messaged, texted and called her with no response for 10 days. Finally, she claimed her hard drive crashed. I asked for my money back. She said she couldn't give my money back b/c she had no "new shoots scheduled". She offered a "re-shoot". We scheduled a re shoot 3 times. All three times she either didn't show or didn't call and ignored my calls and messages. It's been long enough and she again refused to refund me. So here I am.
