In October of 2015 I used check mates service and selected the one time offer however they have continued to charge my credit card for the past 5 mos. I took a screen shot to ensure that this would not become a monthly charge or membership showing that I was only selecting a one time only request. After spending over 30 mins on the phone with customer service and arguing they refunded the 5 mos however the interest charges on that charge are not being refunded. I would suggest a investigation into this company's billing practice.
