After purchasing NationalExpress coach tickets I clicked on a deceiving form that would entitle me to a discount for the next tickets purchased.

I did not receive any voucher and I had completely forgotten about the issue until today, when checking my bank account I could see that CompleteSavings charged me for £15.

No bank details were ever submitted so they must have taken the credit card details from National Express. No confirmation email was ever received, nor it ended up in the spam / junk folder.

The web is full of people scammed by this company and its partners. Please be aware when purchasing tickets.

I am trying to pursuit a refund and I will give an update asap.
