I have been receiving call from an 844 area cold and the person states I took out a loan in 2012 and have not paid it back. 1st, I did not take out any loan from any such place. 2nd they stated they have now just received them claim to recover the $300 or $480 I supposedly owe. The name of the collection agency is JTC. They refused to give me any information of the original so call company I owe money too and they were unable to provide any details regarding the claim. All they stated was I owe such amount and I need to pay or they will proceed with a lawsuit. They became very upset and rude when I began to ask more questions. All told them I was not going to pay something or someone I did not owe or knew anything about.
