mayas told me I had been hacked by people in Russia and Nigeria, known as koobface. it all started because I could not make yahoo my homepage on my BRAND NEW computer. I called yahoo and they sent me to mayas.
mayas told me that, since my purchase, I had 643 hacking events.
I let them into my computer. I could see the guy moving the mouse on my blackboard. he even drew in red on my screen.
Microsoft cust srvc. and yahoo both gave me passswords and codes that don't work.
now nothing works. they keep saying that they sent my code to may email. BULL> nothing there. I've gone thru over 200 cell phone mins.
Microsoft cust srvc sucks. yahoo, the same.
how does mayas keep getting away with this!?
I want a refund. can't we all do something?
