The Orlando Welcome Center withdrew 118.00 from my checking account with USBank on Dec 14, 2015, and I have never received any confirmation or paperwork on this transaction from them.
I have called three times asking. I do not see it on any email.
I would like immediate confirmation of this and now I want a refund in full for the entire 118.00.
