The company would engage your company for funding, including signing the loan agreement and than , cant provide any security for Loan as clearly stipulated in the Loan agreement but instead will tell you to lend them first the funds than they will pay you later. If they can provide evidence on their allegation would be great have forwarded their posting to our lawyers in US for advise.
