Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Dual Sim phone bought and received an already broken seal on the box which means it had been tampered. Product is faulty and does not appear to be a genuine Samsung S7 Edge user interface. Hundreds of people have written bad reviews, with many experiencing the same thing as me. Tried to contact their numbers in Australia but all numbers just ring out. This is a Chinese company posing to be Australian and located in Australia. I've tried to contact them via their customer service email and online chat service but no assistance has come of it. I've even filled out an RMA form which is a returns process on their website. Still no reply after 48 hrs and they promise you a 24hr reply once an RMA form has been filled. Please help. I worked very hard to save up that money.
