I have an account on alibaba.com where I found a supplier for foam mattress raw materials named Jessie Chen (Tel: +8613237178189, +8615527150332; Email: [email protected] and [email protected] ). Jessie's company name: Sino Sourcing Corporation Limited, 6/F, Tower 2, Prosper center No. 5, Guanghua road, Chaoyang district, China) Website: http://ww.sino-sourcing.com.cn. We immediately started communicating on whatsapp where I made an order worth $25, 415 for TDI, Polyol, amine, SO and Mcl (all raw materials for making foam mattress). At first we had agreed on Letter of Credit (L/C) as the mode of payment.

As the goods were in transit, Jessie told me that her bank (Pingan Bank co. Ltd, H.O, offshore banking department; Swift No: SZDBCNBS; Address: 11/F, No. 5047, Road hennan Dong, henzhen, China; Account: OSA11014660584002; Email: [email protected]) did not want to deal with Ugandans. Apparently Ugandans are thieves and their bank would rather not risk, she then insisted we pay using Telegraphic Transfer (TT).

On receiving the order, the container had dirty water instead. Normally polyol is milky white and thick and TDI is clear however from the videos you can tell that the same substance was put in the container. Not to mention some of the container are half empty. And Bayer the label on the container doesn't make konix Ke polyol as initially requested. Before shipping the cargo, Jessie sent me a picture of their apparent TDI and its specifications which is not what they sent.

Jessie has now blocked my number on whatsapp. I have also contacted them based on the emails on their website.
