I ordered a trial size of two face creams and paid for shipping. When my credit card arrived I had additional charges on two seperate dates: 2/13/2016 and 3/01/2016 each time in the amounts of $89.53 and $92.53. When I callled the company and told them I did not order these products nor did I receive them, the agent told me that she had closed my account and that they would not be refunding my credit card. She would not acknowledge that the products were or were not shipped to me and that I did not order them.
