All property investors stay clear of this company in Detroit MI, its owner Christopher Gray and Alethia Milner. They are involved in property fraud.
They collect rental income and then try to keep the funds via lies and delay.
They advise the funds were spent on house repairs and maintenance when infact nothing is actually done at the home. They just pocket the money and then try and disappear.
When questioned, cant / wont provide any details / receipts / photos for the works.
I am in the process of dragging these crooks through the courts to recover the missing / stolen funds. Rgds
