Dr Tamimi and I encountered by chance on a personal visit I made to London. He was then resident in a Central London Hotel. We met downstairs at the bar and spoke very briefly. We exchanged business cards. He was in the company of his wife and his children. I believe his son was called Marco Tamimi. He introduced himself as a dealmaker with good connections to the Qatar government and this he backed up by claiming he could set up a dinner with a Qatar Royal whom at the time happened to be in London so we could discuss potential business.

All this, in hindsight, was a con. He wasted my precious time and money. Made me look silly to many of my business associate and I blame myself for not conducting the necessary due diligence before giving this monster of a con artist the time for day I accorded him. He stole my money and I am still suing him in a London Court. Hopefully, when this is resolved, I will take it to press. Anyone trying to do business with this man should be very careful. He is not a friend of honesty.
