My son ordered a controller on 2/20/16 and it is now the end of April and there is no update on when it is supposed to be here, now 10 weeks after it was ordered. I have tried to find a phone number to call them but haven't found anything. I reached out in mid March and was told it would be done in 3 and 1/2 weeks and that was almost 6 weeks ago. I have sent repeated email messages, along with a message through their website and also on facebook and received no response.
