I saw an ad that for the price of shipping 4.99 I would get a free trial of the Regenere skin cream. When the product was shipped the package had a packing slip that said $0.00. There was nothing to say that they were charging me for two products monthly about $89 each which means that it was about $180 a month I was being charged without my consent! The company is a total scam and doesn't have the right phone number on the packing slip. After doing a lot of searching online I got through to them. They had me on hold forever and trying to say the phone connection was bad and we couldn't talk. After demanding to have a conversation and get an explanation for why I was being charged for something I did not authorize she had the conversation with me. After a difficult conversation she said they would only refund the last shipment. This is nonsense since I never asked for these products! This company is a total scam that makes it hard to contact them, and they are not refunding me. I am going to see who I can report them to, and if my credit card company finds it to be fraud.
