I ordered a redwing ( Konstantinov #16) jersey for a birthday gift and received a #19 Izerman. I have tried to contact them and can't get a response as to how to exchange it. I'm Leary of returning it because I might just end up with nothing and out of the money also. On the website it says there is an easy peel return lable which there's not and no packing slip either inside. All I want is the trust I will get what I paid for and how to proceed
