A telemarketer called and said he was with Horizon credit card company. He said I was approved for a $500 secured credit card. I asked if it was a prepaid or online card... He said card was good at any location that accepted visa... He never told me that the card was only good for use at the Horizon Outlet stores only... The $29.95 was for the first payment which needed to be paid up front using a credit/debit card or a personal electronic checking transfer. After payment was posted I would receive my new Horizon Visa credit card in the mail in 3 to 5 business days. The card arrived in about 3 days and it wasn't even a visa card... I feel like this company took advantage of me and everyone else that they lied and stole money from... I feel that this company went out to scam the hard working Americans that are struggling to get by day to day and paycheck to paycheck just to pay what little bills they can in this struggling financial economy.. Personally I think anyone who can scam their fellow Americans in these hard times are no more then lowlifes that need to be locked up with the rest of the thieves... Scam artist are no better then any other criminals that have no respect for themselves or anyone else in the world..
