I entered it to a agreement with vacation Experts int. to rid myself of my timeshare.The agreement was They would take my timeshare and I would pay them to join their Vac club. I paid a down payment and started paing a monthly fee.I paid every month as agreed but They sold it to another party whitch in turn some how with out my knolage put it back in my name owing over 800.00 in Maint. fees.I paid the fees due and told them I would stop payment till the paid me back the fees.They paid me and took my timeshare back out of my mame.after I paid what I owed I got a notice they had put back in my name Now I have lost all I paid them pluse all I paid for the Timeshare.
