I ordered from magelei.en.alibaba.com and I received the complete wrong order. I was supposed to get unbranded generic cards class 10 but they sent me Kingston (trademark branded) class 4 sd cards. I contacted them and they had me take a few pictures to confirm. I said I wanted a full refund. Stark Xu kept telling me he can only offer partial refund or send the correct goods. Stark then said he would find a buyer in the US for them. So, he made me wait 4 or 5 days to tell me to just send them back to china. I then asked if they will refund me the cost to ship it back since it was their fault and he said, "Yes dear." I shipped it back to them and they received it. I was given a refund of the goods but not the shipping fee. I contacted them and every week they said yes I will give it to you, just wait. 4 Weeks go by and every single week they said yes I will refund it but never did. Now they are finally saying they will NOT refund it after all that waiting and lying to me. By far, the most disrespectful, deceitful, and unprofessional company i've ever dealt with on Alibaba. I do not recommend buying from them. Also, I do have all chat logs saved of the conversation proving what was said.
