MR BOB STANLEY OF EM SECURITIES contacted me re a failed investment some years previous , He said that em securities were having a class action to recoup the losses. In order to enter the prospect of getting money back I had to send money to meet USA requirements? I did this then required to send more to meet USA Tax 1042S requirement. I sent this as well. I can trust this Family man!! I now do not seem to be able to contact them again.
