Our bank account was hit for $540. Over the course of 3 days it's still pending but now in the amount of $439.84. We cancelled all of our accounts but how far dated this is back; is anyone really researching it? We are faithful customers to sprint , never had at&t. AT&T, like others have stated cannot do anything for us. We were very tempted to drive to Estor, PA ourselves.
