Wife got call from some Mexican offering a "too good to be true" Package. By the time I checked she had given our CC Number,. I showed her the complaint on Scambook and told her to cancel the transaction. She spoke to the rep told him we didn't want the package. He gave her a song and dance about his company had the phone call on tape and would send it to the CC company. She called the Cc company before talking to him and canceled the transaction. Because the transaction was pending she had to put a dispute on the charge. When she told the rep. She was told that she had to send the voucher forms signed and write Cancled on them. Otherwise, he said we would not get our money back. We are not sending them any signed forms!! We will rely on the CC people to dispute and not pay the charge. The company is called Carribean Winds International. If you get a call from them -- Hang Up or prepare to lose some cash!!!!
I see this is the second complaint on these clowns today! BEWARE

- Exact thing happened to me. I have engaged my CC company to dispute the charge. The account specialist from this company who assured me I could at any time get my money back is Claire Magnus. I was told that in order for me to request the funds, I would need to schedule a call with a financial specialist thru an email request as they would not be able to take calls. Sounds like this person and me, they are defrauding other customers.
