Company sends fax to our hotel asking to confirm our government rate as if they are a travel agency or official office. It does not mention any charge will be assessed. A few months later, Invoices start coming. We never agreed to pay, so we haven't paid. We have not reached out to them, nor have they reached out to us (yet). If they do, we will not pay and neither should anyone else. Their invoice doesn't even look official. It also appears that they use the address 520 Broad Steet, but also use 550 broad street. When you google the office building, it is a large building that probably does not contain this company. I can't imagine enough of these invoices being approved by Hotel Manager's to make this a worthwhile scam to them to run. Either way, this is a complete fraud.
