I clicked on "important message" button. My screen was frozen, with this number to call. They said they were windows security and they wanted me to buy a nortan security meanwhile they were scanning and I think downloading all my files. They wanted me to enter all my banking information and check instead of a credit card because they said it was safer. I did not do this and hung up. But now they have allmy information. I don't know what to do or who to report it to. Please help
