i made holiday inn reservations thinking i was talking with the hotel. when i cancelled them i was given a cancellation number. i checked my credit card (because the charge had been made when i reserved -which should have tipped me off) and no refund appeared. when i phoned to check on this they said it was non refundable although the confirmation i received said no refunds for no shows or early checkouts. i am on the phone with them now getting the runaround from a poor call center girl.
