David Pierre was my tenant in Northeast Philadelphia from July 2013 to July2015. He used it deposit and move out the last day of July. The cost of repair for damage to the house plus outstanding water bills and back rent payments he left me are well over $2500.00. At the time David maintained that he was going to pay for everything. But soon after he moved out, David kept on lying to me every time I asked him for the money . He started to intimidate me and even make threats to me. I haven't heard from him since. David Pierre is from Haiti. He is a pastor of a Haitian Church named: Eglise De Dieu de la Restauration located in 6th Street and Olney Ave Northeast Philadelphia. THE PEOPLE IN NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA DESERVES TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT DAVID PIERRE. DAVID PIERRE IS A FAKE PASTOR, A HYPOCRITE, AND A LIAR WHO DOESN'T MIND TAKING THINGS THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO HIM. IT IS CALLED: STEALING
