June 2016 - First time ordering from Sams. The process was easy and delivery was pretty fast. The problem started when I inspected the wig. I purchased this EXACT same wig from a wig store and liked it so much I decided to order online because the price was cheaper. Well, you get what you pay for. The wig was a knock off version of the wig that I purchased in the store. The wig had two different textures of hair and the overall coloring was a hot mess.

I contacted customer service at Sams Beauty and asked about the return process as this wig was unacceptable. They never inquired about the problem with the wig, and only after several not so nice emails did they finally request a picture. I could clearly see where this was going...

The process to return defective items is unreasonable and further confirmed the fact that this company is a scammer! I could return the wig at MY cost, pay a 20% restocking fee & since I received free shipping - I would now have to pay that shipping cost as well for a KNOCKOFF wig that should have never been sent to me in the first place. Are you kidding me? I told them to keep that money because my review would cost them much more in lost revenue ~ what a waste of time and money. Never again will I order from SamsBeauty.com
