I want Bull Run Builder pay the $40,790.52 back to Kim Rosewall. Because:
1. He have good relationship with EnviroSolutions NOVA Dist. Potomac Disposal Services. He ask them SWAP the invoices to bill to me and filed a lien against my property located at 707 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176. They forced me to pay off the lien, cost me more then 14 dumpsters never delivery and never remove from my house in Loudoun County. The 14 dumpsters was delivery to Arlington, Fairfax, Woodbridge jobsites Bull rum builders have those customers there. My house in Loudoun county. I have all the landfills ticket, Daily activity log from EnviroSolutions NOVA Dist. Potomac Disposal Services Workkflow 14 dumpsters was "SWAP" and I have evidence from Land Ventute II, LLc. only one concrete debris loaded to them.
2. Bull Run asked EnviroSolutions NOVA Dist. Potomac Disposal Services jackk up and cook invoices $10,746.00
3. Bull Run asked Rickey Abel excavator jack up and cook invoices more than $1,600.00
4. Bull Run never finish the demolition work, they did not remove the old foundation, old house walls & slaps. I hired third parties finished the work cost me $8,150.00
5. Project delay 11 months $4,504
6. They did not pay the sub-contract Mr. Logan Assoc. $8,490.52
7. They cheating me using the inadequate & unacceptable Architect plan draw by his brother without architect skill or license. $7,300.00
