I applied for a payday loan from St Armands in 2012. I have repaid the loan twice from not paying attention. I paid their company representative an agreed upon settlement of $591.26 for a $300.00 loan as of April 5, 2013. Then another collection agency has called me and I didn't pay attention and they collected $600.00 from me as of 25 Jul 2013. Every couple of months someone is calling me to collect on behalf of St. Armand's and threaten with lawsuits, the sheriff will be serving me and so forth. When I go to explain I've overpaid them and have proof they state they don't have time to argue with me and hang up. Last call was today from 817 230 4361.
