Jackson , NJ ..I needed a new liner for my pool. I found what I thought was a local pool service but it turns out that all 100 of their web sites are phoney. To make a long story short , they came to my house and took $600 cash for a new liner for my pool. The other 600 I would pay after they installed. They never came back for appointment. I kept calling them and they kept telling me different dates they would come but they finally blocked their cell phones so I could no longer call. I contacted Ocean County consumer affairs and they gave it to Bergen County consumer affair special investigation under Dennis Nyland 201-336-6409. In his investigation he has found out where they live and also that they do not have a license and that all of their web sites and addresses are bogus. Yet it has been over a year and no one prosecutes them and they are still answering calls for business.
They call them selves..CLEARWATERPOOLS.COM but they also have other names.Dennis Nyland has failed to get these crooks to court and I am still waiting for my money.. I am told that there are many people who hae been duped by this company..Please help. I am 64 yrs old and that 600 is needed
