Goodyear replaced AC compressor in vehicle w/ the wrong compressor several years ago; size discrepancy caused misaligned belts and pulleys. Over a long period of time, many fixes were done. I finally recognized the pattern, took the vehicle to another shop, who quickly recognized the wrong compressor. Goodyear wanted no responsibility b/c the warranty had expired. New repair shop fixed resulting problems, talked to Goodyear, made photographs, gave me the compressor. I politely contacted consumer affairs at Goodyear, no resolution. They have received all requested documentation but have gone silent: no contact for over two weeks.
