This is now the third time over the past year that I have made legitimate one time contributions which were converted to recurring contributions. I am disgusted with your intentionally underhanded policies and procedures to acquire unauthorized donations or with the intentionally obtuse design of your web pages which might have the same results. I am a 77 year old war-time veteran living on social security income alone and without any marketable assets. I am however still with full mental capacity and I hold a degree in English from the University of Michigan’s Honors College. I want the following actions on your part.



1. A full refund of the unauthorized recurring $16.50 donation posted to my debit account ending in 5993 on July 21st of this year.

2. A full refund of my authorized $16.50 donation posted to that same account on 7/14/2016.

3. I want my account blocked from ever again making any recurring transactions whatsoever.

4. I want you to post an additional $34.00 to cover the overdraft fees that resulted from your last unauthorized transaction of 7/21/16. You shoddy practices have now left me with less than $67 to survive on for the next 3 weeks until my next social security deposit. I use 2 inhalers a month to assist my breathing. The co-pay on each of those is $47. Right now I am unable to get those inhalers. You and your greed for money and success have put me into a life threatening situation here.

5. If I do not get satisfaction from you promptly on these demands I will forward copies of this email to the media.
