I do not have a cell phone right now, so I used to pay phone at my job to make a call. I had no change and they had a credit card so i used my card to make 3 phone calls. two of the three calls never picked up, and the third lasted less than a minute. the pay phone said the rate was 4 minutes for $1.00, however, when i saw my bank statement that night, i had two charges of 11.93, and one charge of $12.28. of course, when I called the number on my statement they were close(it is saturday) so now I have to wait until Monday to even attempt to get this problem fixed. no where on the machine did it say I would be charged over $10 for each call or obviously I never would have even tried using that pay phone.
