Ordered bathtub a month ago. Was told it was a 3 to 5 day turnaround. Multiple calls / emails etc... noone bothers calling back. Apparently they don't deal with the public only their distributors. What a joke. If you have a production lag, you should keep your customers in the loop otherwise it looks like a scam. I will be escalating this to fair trade & the ACCC. Perhaps the company's recievership back in 2009 taught them nothing about keeping their customer base.
