I received my second or third attempt over the last 3 months, first by letter, then urging you to call to enter for the 1,1oo,ooo. prize. The first time when they would not take "no" for an answer after repeating myself many times, I had to hang up. Then I received phone calls requesting confirmation of my address, etc. to send the merchandise they were trying to sell. The third letter arrived 8/04/2016. Do not respond to this letter, or to any such offer before checking on the web to see if this is a scam. Do not give them your information, credit card numbers, etc.
If there is no law against prosecuting, at least the larger scams, we need to urge our law makers to help make it so.
