Refund Cancellation of Road Hazard and Service Contract. I neglected to notice that there was a refund amount when I sold my vehicle, I have the top copy of the receipt but have never received the funds into my account, nor have I ever seen the check. I contacted Leland Roth to send the copy of the check, it would seem that the signature was forged and part of the information on the check is blanked out. I contact a private investigator in the matter and was told to file a police report in Loudon County which I have yet to do, and wanted to go through the scambook services to make the matter as seamless as possible. I can send the copy of the check and the email communication with Leland and the accountant that also had a different blanked out information on the check. The email mentioned that the bank could not give details of where the funds was deposited into since it's not the bank the company uses which is SunTrust.
