I received completely different item than I ordered and got charged $64.36 instead of what I ordered which was $40.00. They tell you to email them with pictures also describing the problem, but there is no email. Cannot get through on telephone. Hopefully my credit card company will be of some help and I can get a refund because now I don't trust them because of other posts I read where the same cinario occurred with another women dealing with same company.
