I clicked on an ad through Facebook about a free trial offer for weight loss. All total, I only had to pay $15.00 for the offer. I ordered the products on July 26. I just received them today, August 19, after them saying it would only take 5 business days for my items to get here. Once I clicked out of the website, it was gone and forgotten. I only ever received an email stating what my order was. I got charged a total of $280.07 today, for items I just received today. I called customer service. Apparently I did not read the terms and conditions as stated on their website. I did, nowhere was I informed of what would happen. I haven't even tried the products and I'm getting charged for them. They offered me a 50% discount on my next order, only willing to refund me 5% of the total. I told them I was willing to pay for the shipping back to them as the products are unopened. She said it's not allowed, it's against their terms and conditions etc. Flash 22 of North York are scam artists. Now I'm out nearly $300 that I don't have as my husband has just gotten a layoff and these idiots are saying it's my fault. Thanks Flash 22 for nothing! You completely screwed me! By the way, the products I ordered were for weight loss. The Garcinia and Green Coffee bean deal they had on.
