I am a customer with Cyperpcexperts.com with lifetime protection. At first things went well. About 1 year ago they told me My Email has been hacked and I was receiving e mails addressed to me from friends when I open the e mail it was porn . Triple XXX discussion. I called them to fix the problem they did but then told me I needed to pay more for protection because since my e mail was hacked they now can get into my bank account. During a the conversation they were very good at getting me more and more up set and anxious. I am not tech savvy. So they talked me into buy another coverage plan. 1 year has passed I had no problems with them they fixed my Lap top when running slow . I had a monthly check and they reported my computer was safe. Yesterday 8/19/16. My screen froze with a pop up and I could not realise it. So I call the them and reported the problem which they fixed but then the tech told me I had a security problem. How could this be I had complete coverage for a liftime.. I was told that my IP address was hacked in Russia and was being use to access othet's accounts and withdrawal g money. When the investigation was completed police will come after me because it was my IP ADDRESS. To fix this it would cost $2,000 I said no I cannot do that so they gave a discount of $1,000 . They kept hound me and acussing me of fraud to others because of My ID ADDRESS is hacked. I said no then he started yelling g at me that I must fix this problem before I lose all mt money t too because they have access to my bank. I td them i was calling the State Police and report them. I said give me my screen back they wouldn't. So I kept telling them i am calling the police on my other phone. Finally they left the screen. To hung up on them. They called 3x but I did not answer. I took the battery out of my computer and turned it off so they could not get access. Today I took my computer to a professional computer person and they checked my computer and said it was fine and I was being scam. People BEWARE of this company.
