i am Ahmad Sammour from Jordan
my application Number is 156981474
i paid 1980 USD on the 17th of March 2016
and i want to charge back the money for some reasons
i called many many times your company to provide me with the number of the transaction and the date
i am very disappointed because your company keep promising me that they will send me the number in 2 days
please Canadian Visa Expert is the company who deducted my money from my master card
and you keep saying you dont have the money i need to know where is the money is
and if you keep the money which service you gave to deduct these amount of money
kindly and gently please send me the number of the transaction to return the money i think i spoked last time to alady in the Finance department she said will send the RAM Number

Dear Ahmad,
For me also it was a bad experience, they charged me also instantly, though we have learned our lessons that never give out your Credit Card information till you have done a lot of research on them. I have filed a complaint in my bank and let's see if i can get the money back.

- I have also the same problem , they took around 2500$ and they stopped responding to my emails and communications, how can I get my money back?
