I guess I am lucky as my loss is only $86.00. According to the call center, which is a third party, I called in one day to late to cancel my free trial and now they are gong to charge my account I did however ask if i could return the product and was then told I could get a 50% discount.... I called back as i was not happy with the outcome and was told they could do nothing as the account was closed.... complete scam...... and that the only one to reach the company was by mail, and this PO Box address.....
