The fraudulent company targeted the students at my school by sending a mass email claiming a free offer for the students. There was no mention of a charge as it stated it was free. I contacted them and stated that I had no idea about the charges involved and that since the product was never opened I wanted to return the product for a refund. I was told when I ordered the product that was using the services therefore I didn't qualify for a refund. I was then told to contact their corporate office by letter or email but don't expect to hear anything different.
