i orderd 64gbapplephonese from the above compay on 16/june 2016 ex date 4 to 10 working days after two emails they said sorry for delay and again they were chasing up the order when my credit card statement came i found out that skrills of london took the money out to pass on to simplyelectronics since the second email from simpley order no8251451391092 the phone would be deliverd from customer service officer peachys since then i have been in touch with my bank they say becausa a third party ivolved they could nothing also i wrote to skrills and the have not aswerd as yet i am lost what to do next and the phone was for my grandsons 18 birthday can you help with advise thank you
