I ordered a free sample, just pay shipping. Then in July I got another order and sent it back, called and talked to a man who said he would cancel it and send me an e-mail. I never got the e-mail but received another order, sent those back, got charged again. Now I phoned and talked to someone else, she has no confirmation that I talked to the first guy. So she is very sorry but I cannot have my money back and I have no product.
