My mother sent off for this information for me as I was re-enrolling in school. She thought it would helpful as I am a single mother and going back to school very financially constraining. I never received the information that was suppose to be sent to me and then a month later Grant assist pulls almost 60 dollars out of her account. When I call them they tell me that the money is nonrefundable! For a service I have never used or received any information about. The person on the phone, Brandon tells me he is his the supervisor there is no one higher than him I can talk to. I then asked for the number to corporate office and am told they don't have a phone number they can give me but I am welcome to the mailing address. What? Grant Assist IS A SCAM! Do Not waste your money!!!
