I purchased a sofa bed with a five year warranty, the unit became faulty within the warranty period, I contacted the company and exchanged several emails with management. I have been offered £220.00 which I firmly believe is unacceptable due to the fact that the warranty covers replacement or repair. I have enquired and repairs would be in excess of £400.00..
