Right after I ordered a trial offer for $2.95 online, I got a phone call from them that I hanged up on them without giving any consent whatsoever. Before I finished the trial bottle, they sent me another bottle. Then there was a charge for $79.99 on my credit card. When I called the toll free #, left a VM, I got an email "Cancellation Notification #xxxxxx Tone Detox". But they refused to refund my $79.99 even after I offered to send the unopened bottle back to them by saying "The guarantee has expired on your orders, there would be no refund if you returned the bottles", I've never been made aware of such "guarantee" during the order process. I guess this is a typical scam all these online "FREE trial" offer does. Hopefully this is a good lesson for all.
