I placed an add on Facebook for Meals On Wheels of Portsmouth
later I thought I would donate to it, so I got to the add's site and made a donation of $100. through Pay Pal. Will next day i get a receipt from Pay Pal for $250. paid to Facebook for advertisment
then one for $50. I did not know I had to pay $11.88 for every person that contacted this advertisment. So I called Face book with a number I got from Google. The man answers Facebook, says hre will help me if i send him $350. by gift cards. Went to buy cards at CVS. They said it was a scam
