ON JUNE 16, 2016, I CANCELLED MY DIGITAL TV. THEY DISCOVERED THEY HAD BEEN OVERCHARGING ME FOR THREE
YEARS. THEY SAID A REFUND WOULD COME IN 7 TO 8 WEEKS, WHEN IT DIDN'T, I CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 10 DAYS. WHEN IT DIDN'T COME,, I CALLED AGAIN A WEEK AGO AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 3 DAYS. I HAVE YET TO SEE MY REFUND. WHY ARE THEY KEEPING MY MONEY?
